OK73 proudly presents the 53th Jættemil
Denmark, Zealand, Teglstrup Hegn, 13th November 2016.
Ultra-long distance orienteering courses with mass starts and splits.
It will take place in one of the northern woods in north Zealand “Teglstrup Hegn”:
It’s the Ice Age last ice masses in Denmark – the so-called Øresundsgletcher – that formed the distinctive landscape of Teglstrup Hegn for about 15,000 years ago. Teglstrup Hegn is characterized by parallel elongated hills with intermediate long narrow marshes, wetlands and lakes that are oriented in the northwest-southeast direction.
